Day 3

I weighed myself this morning and I weighed 239. As of 3:00 today I weighed 234...WOW.

So this is the 1st day I started the low calorie diet. I am allowed to have 2 100 g servings of protein a day (chicken, beef, fish), 2 servings of fruit, 2 servings of vegetables, and 2 servings of bread (ie melba toast).

Today I woke up and skipped breakfast as I normally do. Still did the drops like the package recommends. I came home from shopping with Rayhaaz I made myself a salad with 2 cups of baby spinach, 1 tsp of feta (i know it's not part of the diet but it's only 50 cal), some red onion, lemon juice, and pepper. It was pretty good. Next time I will have to make chicken to go with it.

I brought home all the food I can eat, and I sorted some extra lean ground beef into 100g packages in my fridge. I defrosted some chicken and did the same. I will probably grill up some chicken tonight to last me a few days so I do not have to keep cooking it, I'll just grill it and keep it in the same measured bags so I know what is one 100g serving.

Truthfully, maybe it's because it's my first day...but I'm not hungry! I don't feel like I am starving myself like everyone says about the HCG diet. Tonight I'm going to cook some ground beef and steam some green beans, and later because I know I eat late...I will have my 2 servings of fruit (which are only apples, strawberries, or oranges). So I brought some apples.

Going to go swimming with Rayhaaz, and when hes in bed go for a bike ride. I feel like a million dollars and it's only Day 1! I think I can do this!

Day 1

I did it. I made the decision that I hope will change the rest of my life. I started the HCG 1234 diet. The main idea is that the first two days, today and tomorrow, I will eat high fat foods while taking the drops. Then on Sunday (the 3rd day) I will start a low calorie (500/day) diet while taking the drops.

This is supposed to result in a 1-2 lb a day weight loss, so I will be weighing myself everyday, posting it, recording arm and stomach measurements as well weekly.
